Services are available for people of all ages in Tillsonburg, Ingersoll, Tavistock, Norwich, and at Woodstock Hospital.

YWalk-in counselling at CMHA Oxfordouth under 18 years of age and their parents can be seen at the Oxford Elgin Child and Youth Centre. When people arrive, they can speak to a trained mental health professional. Together, they will discuss the issues and create a plan to improve wellness.
